    This course is ideal for all women going through the peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond who wish to improve their hormone balance, energy levels, weight management, mood, and reduce menopause symptoms.

We will talk about the specific foods and drinks you should be eating, and what you should be avoiding. Supplements and micronutrients will be covered in detail. We will discuss the pros and cons of HRT, and how to support the body whether or not you are using HRT. There will be time for individual questions.
