Adult Ballet Classes & Lessons - Courses in London

This beginners intensive course will work on achieving improved balance, strength and flexibility as well as technical skills that you will use in ballet choreography & ballet mime. Suitable for beginners and those with a little Silver Swans® experience.

Our Silver Swans® intensive will focus on making use of existing knowledge, technique and vocabulary and transfer it to Ballet repertoire. This will enable you to learn and execute more varied and complex movement sequences and to learn original sequences and ballet mime.



There is an emphasis on delivering ballet technique to facilitate healthy joints, flexibility, movement quality and core strength. The Silver Swans® intensive is designed for the over-55s and is suitable for older leaners with at least one year of foundation ballet or Silver Swans® experience.

Designed for the complete beginner or for those wanting to go back to basics. Develop knowledge and skill in this enjoyable Ballet class which provides a fun and satisfying way to improve alignment, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination. The classes will also help to improve any other dance styles you might be practising.

Floor barre is a wonderful conditioning programme for everyone, regardless of age and ability. Work through all the important muscle groups while safely supporting the body on the floor. All levels welcome.

This short course offers you the opportunity to get introduced to pointe work at a pace that allows you to understand how to execute the basic exercises correctly. Working with correct alignment and safely are a focal point and to address any issues and concerns you may have. To get the most out of this course you should have attended regular ballet classes for at least 6 to 12 months. Break week 25 May (Bank holiday).

We will continue developing ballet technique through barre, centre work and allegro exercises. Suitable for those who have been practicing for some time and have a strong grasp of techniques and terminology.

Perfect if you've never taken a ballet class before, or if you did ballet as a child and want to return. This men’s ballet course provides slow and fun training in how to use your body correctly, with a focus on correct placement, stance and posture.

Ballet body conditioning combines specifically sequenced exercises including elements of barre, floor work and centre practice and is designed to complement studies in ballet and acting. Ideal for those who already have good physical awareness and have studied a dance discipline at a basic level.

An online barre class from the comfort of your own home. The work you do at the ballet barre is the foundation for all the other work you do as a dancer. Improve your strength, balance and coordination. Not suitable for complete beginners. This course is online.
