Adult Ballet Classes & Lessons - Courses in London

Ballet classes at City Lit are the perfect way to gracefully strengthen all your important muscle groups, whatever your age or ability. Our ballet classes take place in our modern dance studios in Covent Garden in the daytime, evening or at weekends.

Courses available both in-person and online

We offer a range of long and short courses allowing you to choose between in-person and online learning.

Learn in the centre of London with our in-person courses. Our purpose-built facilities in Covent Garden mean we are ideally located and easy to get to.

    Ballet body conditioning combines specifically sequenced exercises including elements of barre, floor work and centre practice and is designed to complement studies in ballet and acting.
