Three days of fun dance and performance classes to inspire older men and women to get creative with dance and movement. You will improve physical skills and use your experience to work with others and create your own movements. Suitable for beginners.

This workshop is about having fun, recreating and learning all the famous TikTok dances - short choreographed routines set to popular songs or sounds. At the start of each class there will be a 15-20 min warm up to get you in the mood. Our professional dancer will then break down the steps and teach you how to execute and perfect them.
