City Lit offers performing arts courses in the heart of Covent Garden in Central London during the evening, daytime and at weekends.     A lively workshop class for singers of 5 years’ experience or more: employ your vocal technique in a more flexible and artistic way and deepen your understanding of critical evaluation of singing. The tutor will provide a suggested repertoire list in class.

  5. Keyboard harmony and technique D

    A practical workshop in keyboard harmony and technique for classical pianists with a starting standard of grade 6.



    Taught at the keyboard, this fourth module focuses on pianistic technique and harmonic analysis, with a particular emphasis on modulation. You will broaden your understanding of selected piano repertoire and develop finger-dexterity through work on piano studies by Moritz Moszkowski and Ignaz Moscheles.
