City Lit offers performing arts courses in the heart of Covent Garden in Central London during the evening, daytime and at weekends. Learn the tools and techniques you need to create new and unique character voices or to accurately imitate a historical or contemporary voice for animation, stage and screen.   5. Flute and clarinet choir

  7. Come and sing: Rodgers and Hammerstein

    Tutors:  Siobhan Blake, Richard Hartley Wilson
    Rodgers and Hammerstein - Together they created a series of innovative and influential American musicals. Their musical theatre writing partnership has been called the greatest of the 20th century. We will be looking at some of the big ensemble numbers from shows such as Oklahoma, Carousel, South Pacific, The King and I and The Sound of Music alongside a couple of lesser known shows. Alongside soloists required for the ensemble numbers you are invited to bring a piece of your choosing from the vast catalogue of songs by these exceptional composers.
