Learn yoga postures and breathing exercises. Improve your body and breath awareness, posture, strength and flexibility, and practise relaxation techniques. For those with little or no experience of yoga.

Learn French on this lively interactive course for near beginners.The course will be taught in French, with an emphasis on developing your speaking and listening skills.

Suitable if you have completed Greek beginners: module 2 or equivalent.

In this advanced course, you will be reading Plutarch’s Life of Alexander, and revising grammar, with translation both from Greek and into Greek.

Skills include establishing rapport, assertive posture and gesture, vocal energy, projecting an effective personal style, sensitive listening and communicating with care and conviction. This Saturday course will be delivered in the college.

Develop your microphone skills and knowledge of the Voiceovers sector. Open to those who have completed a beginners' course or have previous industry experience. This course will be delivered in our media studio.

Surprisingly, not every film that features the occult is a horror film. Certainly, many of them are; we will consider classics such as Haxan from 1922, Rosemary’s Baby, The Craft, Angel Heart, The Witch and Hereditary. Other films, such as Kenneth Anger's Lucifer Rising and A Dark Song, attempt to treat the occult seriously as secret or hidden knowledge. We'll examine the cultural backdrop of occult films and questions of representation, gender relations, and spirituality.

This course will help you be more secure in your professional, academic or creative writing skills and help you improve some of your weak areas around forming and punctuating sentences with appropriate grammatical form. You will develop your confidence in the most essential areas of writing including different sentence structures, writing paragraphs, using punctuation effectively, using active and passive voices and proofreading.
