What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This is an all levels course and no prior knowledge is needed.
This course is a great complement to an active lifestyle, however, if you have any specific injuries or health conditions, please consult with your doctor or physical therapist before enrolling.

Her expertise spans Yoga, Pilates, and health-related fitness, with a consistent focus on spinal health, joint alignment, breathwork, and whole-body integration.
