What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This course is suitable for students who have completed Social Media for Business or have a firm understanding of how to use LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter. Learners should be confident on logging in, posting live messages and checking notifications.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
This class will be hands-on, using a computer and focus on social media platforms. It will also incorporate other websites. Assignments and tasks will be given during class and students are asked to post live in class to complete some tasks. Handouts will be provided to students by the tutor.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
You should have access to your existing social media account(s) and remember to bring with you the log in details. If you don’t have existing account(s) you will need to bring a valid email address and its password to sign up for a new account. This will help you to practice the course content during the class and gain valuable hands-on experience.
