Roser Martínez-Sánchez

Roser became interested in languages in Barcelona - Spain, where she studied French and English with inspiring, caring and passionate teachers. She loves teaching since she was very young and before moving to London, she had been teaching adults from all different backgrounds and levels at University settings both as a lecturer and as a teacher trainer. She holds a PhD in Discourse Analysis and has published several papers and books related to Spanish linking words and pedagogical grammar. She loves the sound (and power!) of words, what we do with them; something that has taken her to deeply explore Psychology and Hypnosis. Roser has been teaching part-time at City Lit for more than 10 years, and she loves the enthusiasm and motivation of students, always eager to learn and discover new aspects of Spanish speaking cultures.
