Lipreading 1:1 coaching

1:1 lipreading classes are individually tailored to meet the needs of the student.

They are available for complete beginners or experienced lipreaders. The time and date of the sessions is flexible and to be agreed at a mutually convenient time between the student and the tutor. There is no fixed start date. you can start 1:1 sessions at any time in the academic year.

The sessions can either be delivered on Zoom or face-to-face subject to tutor availability.

The minimum booking is four sessions. Please contact the lipreading team if you would like to book sessions.

About the sessions

What is the course about?
Individually tailored 1-1 lipreading coaching sessions.

This course will be delivered online and in person, and will involve tutor presentation and class discussion. Student preparation and homework outside class times is strongly encouraged. To fully participate in this online class you will need:
- An email address
- A reliable internet connection
- A computer/laptop/tablet with a fully updated browser (preferably google chrome). Your device will need a microphone and a camera.
