Workshops for people who stammer
These short day-time courses are for people who stammer/stutter and who have attended speech therapy courses in the past, either at City Lit or elsewhere.
Workshops give you an opportunity to build on the work you’ve done so far on your speech, develop specific speech and communication goals to integrate into your every day life and review strategies to help you manage the psychological/emotional aspects of stammering. Some workshops target particular areas such as stress management and public speaking.
