  3. Lipreading and managing hearing loss: long term learners advanced

    The aim of this course is to develop your reading skills in a friendly and supportive environment. During this course you will read various book stories chosen by the tutor. You will also be discussing your reading materials in BSL, learning new vocabulary and exploring the structure of English.   13. English grammar for deaf people: sentences, spelling & punctuation (entry 3 - level 1)

    This course is suitable for you if you wish to learn about how sentences are structured. You will also learn about the different punctuation marks and how to use them (such as commas, speech marks and end of sentence punctuation.
