  1. The City Lit 7-day intensive course for adults who stammer

    Learn strategies to help you speak more easily, work on becoming less sensitive and worried about stammering (also known as stuttering), reduce avoidance strategies and work towards saying what you want to say when you want to say it. This intensive course will enable you to make maximum progress in minimum time and will give you a solid foundation to continue to make positive changes following the course. It runs for five days Monday to Friday 8-12 July, then two follow-up days on 16-17 September. We will also provide videoconferencing (Zoom) group support sessions on 22/7/24 6-8pm and 7/10/24 6-8pm.
