This is a powerful approach to therapy. You'll learn to work more effectively with negative thoughts and feelings through acceptance and mindfulness work. You'll also learn how to identify, and move towards, valued goals and directions in your life. If you are new to us, you need to have some advice on the course suitability. Have you always wanted to learn British Sign Language and communicate with Deaf people? Develop the skills you need to gain the level 1 BSL qualification, accredited by Signature. The fees for BSL level 1 courses include a year's subscription to Signworld.







You may wish to study BSL without the pressure of an exam, or just for fun. We can arrange for you to be taught without a formal final assessment and you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Are you interested in learning BSL? Join us to learn some basic vocabulary and grammar and decide if you want to progress to the level 1 qualification.

Learn strategies to help you speak more easily. You'll also work on becoming less sensitive about stammering, reducing avoidance strategies and developing self confidence. Designed specifically for people who stammer /stutter.

If you often manage to conceal your stammering (also known as stuttering), this course will help you to understand your particular type of stammering, reduce negative feelings, learn strategies to speak more easily and develop self confidence.

This course will help you to get confident in reading, writing and communication. You will learn to read pieces of texts, write sentences, spell correctly and use punctuation.You will also learn all the basic functions of creating Word documents: adding, copying, moving and formatting text, inserting pictures and creating tables, checking spelling and grammar, changing the page layout and printing different documents accurately. This course has no exams.
