What is the course about?

In this course you will learn the main principles of strategic planning and strategic decision making process for any kind of organisation. You will define the strategic environment and set a direction by creating and articulating organisation vision, mission, goals and business strategies. You will learn prioritise initiatives and avoid common pitfalls. The course suits anyone who works or would like to work in business management.

This course is suitable for aspiring and professional business managers, start-up and small business owners, entrepreneurs, marketing managers and other professionals that want or need to understand how to run a strategic planning process within a company.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

This is a one day course. You will be taught by presentations, discussions and exercises.

No costs. Bring a pen and a pad.

Strategy:intermediate, introduction to project management, Project management using Microsoft Project.
