What is the course about?
Do you feel stuck, lacking the energy and agility to fully enjoy your everyday life? Do you want to get fitter and stronger but don't know where to begin?
Our Strength and Mobility for Everyday Living course could be your perfect starting point.
This gentle, beginner-focused course is specifically designed for people who are currently unfit or returning to movement. We offer a safe, encouraging space to build your foundation.
The course takes a ‘slowly but surely’ approach to building stamina, fitness and mobility for enjoying the activities of daily life with greater ease. We start gradually and build slowly week by week, working with exercises that are balanced and effective.
Many people abandon their fitness goals because they begin at a level which is too strenuous and feels uncomfortable. To be effective, exercise needs to be sustainable. If you have struggled to get fit and stay active in the past, join us to finally get active for life in a healthy, balanced, and positive way.
No prior experience is necessary—just the desire to feel better.
What will we cover?
Physical activity to enhance being active in everyday life
Gentle strength exercises for the major muscles of the body
Mobility for all the joints of the body
Improved CV fitness for the activities of daily life
Abdominal and Core strengthening by a gradual approach
Stretching to release tension and open up movements.

Develop the ability to be more active in everyday life
Experience greater strength in the major muscles of the body
Mobilise the joints of the body using a total body approach
Experience improved levels of cardiovascular fitness
Tone abdominal and core muscles by a gradual approach.
Lengthen muscles to release tension and open up movements.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
Experience improved strength for the activities of daily life
Develop strength in the gluteal muscles to support the lower back
Increase upper body strength in arms and upper back
Strengthen the abdominal and core strength muscles
Feel more flexible and mobile
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
This is a mixed levels course, suitable for fitness beginners and those with some experience of exercise and fitness. Adaptations and progressions will be offered to accommodate different fitness and ability levels throughout the course, as appropriate.
Prospective students with joint conditions or health conditions that could be adversely affected by exercise should consult their medical practitioner or physiotherapist prior to enrolling on this course.

She empowers individuals to cultivate strong, fluid, and aligned movement patterns, revitalising their bodies and enhancing their long-term health. Her expertise spans Yoga, Pilates, and health-related fitness, with a consistent focus on spinal health, joint alignment, breathwork, and whole-body integration.
