What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those unfamiliar to this style of Tai Chi Chuan. You will need to be able to follow verbal instructions, observe and copy physical movements and use spatial awareness within a group.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
You will be taught by detailed demonstration and verbal instruction followed by active participation then feedback and guidance. Practice outside class is recommended to absorb what is taught and to feel the benefits that it brings.

Neville Cote is a disciple of the head of the Wu family Grandmaster Eddie Wu Kwong Yu, He is the head instructor of Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy in Brixton and has a has over twenty years experience.
