Level 3 certificate in IT user skills (ICDL Advanced)

We also have many non-accredited courses to help you prepare for these qualifications. 

These courses help you progress at work whether you are new to the office or an experienced administrator. You learn the most important Microsoft Office programs and how they are used in an administration and work environment. At the same time, you develop the most in-demand work skills such as problem-solving, analysing, decision-making, collaborating and seeing the bigger picture.

For any qualification course you need to do a  you need to do a pre-course assessment. To start your online assessment, click on the ‘Start Assessment’ button on any of the courses below.

Our courses are FREE to most learners f you earn less than £23,157.50 a year, or you are on JSA/ESA (WRAG).

We offer a range of long and short courses allowing you to choose between in-person and online learning.

Learn in the centre of London with our in-person courses. Our purpose-built facilities in Covent Garden mean we are ideally located and easy to get to.

You are strongly advised to complete this short course to get you ready for the qualification and to d make sure Level 3 is the right one for you.     Do you want to know you can work to an outstanding level in any work environment requiring expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access? Do you want a qualification to prove these skills? The Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Advanced) will give you exceptional proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software, and will improve your productivity in using IT. You will gain all the skills you need to work at the highest level in an office environment. The Advanced Learner Loan is available for this course.

    The Free Courses for Jobs initiative is for Londoners aged 24 or over at the start of the course who are: on a low-income; or on certain benefits; or do not have a full level 3 qualification. For more information Click here



    The course fee is £1200. If you are unable to pay this upfront, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to help cover the course fee, repayable after the course ends. A deposit of £200 is also payable to secure your place (refundable after you complete the course).
