On this course, you will learn the core software applications required in every workplace. The course is made up of four modules: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Improving Productivity using IT. If you pass, you will receive the Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Extra). This course is ideal if you have some working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, but want to be confident you can use their most essential elements.

Location on this date: OnlineAre you new to computing? Do you have some digital skills but lack confidence to use them? Would you like to gain the most essential digital skills needed for today's workplace? If you need to develop the foundational digital skills for today's job market, this is the course for you. The course will give you the confidence to use digital devices and tools to collaborate and communicate efficiently with work colleagues, to create documents and presentations, and make simple spreadsheets. You will learn the transferable digital skills you need to progress, participate and express yourself in the workplace. You will also gain a qualification. 53% of UK employees do not have the digital skills needed for work. You don't need to one of them.

Location on this date: OnlineDo you want to know that you can work to an outstanding level in any work environment requiring an expertise in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access? Do you want a qualification to prove these skills? The Level 3 Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Advanced) will give you exceptional proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software, and will improve your productivity in using IT. You will gain all the skills you need to work at the highest level in an office environment.

The course fee is £1200. If you are unable to pay this upfront, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to help cover the course fee, repayable after the course ends.
