The internet can feel complex and hard to navigate with confidence. Our courses can help you to become a confident internet user. From setting up a connection to using the web to search for the right information. Understand how to complete forms, buy goods, download music and watch TV shows safely.

You can now study digital skills with our online face-to-face interactive courses.

You will need a computer with a microphone, a camera (webcam) and the internet. It is best to use Google Chrome as your web browser. Our highly experienced tutors will send you the information you need to join the online class after you have enrolled.

This complete course for beginners takes you from the very start of an internet connection to being able to search and use the web effectively to find information, complete forms, buy goods, download music and watch TV online. You will become a confident user of Zoom and will understand the key principles of using the cloud both for work and social life. By the end of the course, you will not only understand jargon such as routers, URLs and search engines but also know how to change your settings, be internet secure and communicate confidently on different platforms.
