What is the course about?
This course will help you in situations where you need to negotiate, from huge procurement contracts to what’s for dinner. A firm understanding of the skills and techniques which underpin great negotiation valuable to novices starting out and those looking to formalise their experience alike. As you develop through the course there will be frequent low pressure opportunities to practise in negotiations with your classmates.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
You will need to follow written and verbal instructions in English, engage in class discussions and take notes in English.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course will comprise talks, discussions, and exercises practising specific skills and techniques and role-played scenarious to practise negotiation. Students will receive feedback from the tutor and from their peers. As part of the course content, your tutor may record your image for initial and ongoing assessment purposes. You are entitled to decline to participate in the recording of your image.
