Conceptual ideas for developing your photography in the areas of landscape and environment
What will I achieve? By the end of this course you should be able to...

Use photographic techniques including focus, metering, use of natural lighting and weather, styles such as fill frame, detail and wide angle shots
Have increased confidence in photographing your subject and how best to photograph them in varying conditions

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
All skill levels welcome. This is a guided session full of tips and ideas. The tutor will of course be able to advise on best camera settings but you should already be comfortable using your camera.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The class will be taught in the field, and there will be group discussions and opportunities for one-to-ones for those that require them during the session. You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the day.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
You will need to bring a drink and snacks. Please bring your camera with fully charged (and ideally a spare set of) batteries and plenty of room on your memory card. Tripods are useful but not essential. As there is a lot of walking, it is your decision as to what to carry. Do check the weather report and dress appropriately.
