What is the course about?

This event is part of City Lit's Mental Wealth Festival. Now in its 10th year, the festival is taking place from 10th-12th October to coincide with World Mental Health Day. Over the last ten years we’ve organised a huge selection of free or low-fee events including interactive talks, panel discussions and in-person and online workshops all in the name of enhancing, restoring and promoting mental health. This year is no different, as we welcome back old friends and give a platform to new contributors. All money raised by Festival events will go towards the City Lit student bursary.
