Further your knowledge of Ancient Greek grammatical structures and vocabulary so that you can read more complex Ancient Greek prose. We will follow the JACT Reading Greek course, a textbook designed for adult learners based on original Classical Greek sources. Suitable if you have completed Ancient Greek 2 module 1 or have equivalent knowledge of the language.

Discover the difference Pilates can make to your life. Develop your core control, tone muscles and improve strength and posture. Ideal if you are new to Pilates or if you want to work at a more gentle level.

Do you want to improve your communication skills and become more confident speaking, listening, reading and writing English? This course will help you develop all your English language skills so you can act confidently in the most important everyday situations inside and outside work. You will become a skilled communicator when writing, using digital resources and in face-to-face interactions. You will develop your active listening skills so you can understand and empathise better. You will work on how to express yourself when speaking in different situations. You will practise your reading so you can see the whole picture and find details, make effective decisions about what you read, and prioritise matters. By the end of this three-term programme, you will be a competent speaker, listener, reader and writer both at work and home and ready to do exams such as Functional Skills Level 2.

Improve your Pilates practice, increasing core strength and flexibility and improving posture. Learn a series of interconnected movements, and develop your breathing patterns. Ideal for those who have attended the beginners course and wish to progress to the next step.

Our beginners intensive course will work on achieving improved balance, strength and flexibility as well as technical skills giving you the opportunity to further develop your technique and continue your ballet journey through friendly and supportive classes where you will learn dances (also known as variations) from a famous ballet.



Please note that some ballet experience is required even for beginners.
