Perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced students,come and practise making jewellery to your own designs, whether you arre picking up the basics of cutting,forming and texturing, or taking your designs to the next level with more complex approaches like granulation, stone setting, etching, patination and oxidation.

Watercolour has a rich tradition - this course will explore the more experimental ways of using this pleasurable medium and will present new possibilities for producing exciting new work with mixed media. Make inventive combinations of media to draw from your own found imagery, photographs and sketches.

A fun, relaxed and shorter life drawing class better suited for people coming straight from work. You will be able to work from a variety of life models, in a range of materials and with a variety of poses. You will be working from the unclothed model, both male and female.

Building on techniques and approaches covered in the Painting 1, this course enables you to work with more depth and a stronger emphasis on experimentation. This is suitable if you already have some experience in painting.

Cut, stab and etch your way to dynamic blocks and exciting prints. Practical instruction in both traditional and inventive linocut printmaking techniques, including the reduction method developed by Picasso, multiple block printing and Polish dot linocut.

Do you want to develop counselling skills for paid or voluntary work? This course includes occasional weekend sessions which you will be required to join and one compulsory residential trip away.







In order to apply for this course, please ensure that:



• you have (or will have) completed an in person introductory counselling course of 30 hours, with an attendance record of at least 80% (within the last three years)



OR



• you have completed an in person introductory counselling course of 30 hours with an attendance record of at least 70%



AND



• you have completed an in person ‘Counselling introduction: advanced’ course (or equivalent) with an attendance record of at least 80% (within the last three years)



• you are able to speak and write fluently in English (level 2/GCSE).
