Are you working with the public – in a shop, at reception, on the phone? Are you front of house at a hotel or restaurant? Would you like to work in these sectors? This course will help you communicate at work with customers, your colleagues and your manager. You will learn how to speak fluently and politely and use the vocabulary you need for work. You will practise how to help a customer or a client, make suggestions, give advice, begin and end a conversation, and take messages over the phone. You will focus on how to do all this with the right level of formality and politeness.
