The course fee is £1599 payable at the time of your enrolment. Beginners 3 is the perfect continuation for those who have some metal jewellery making experience and would like to expand on their basic metal working skills by learning wax carving and casting. Wax carving lends itself very well to creating organic and fluid forms that can’t be made with sheet and wire. There will be set projects as well as the opportunity to experiment and develop your own designs.

Oil paint is a uniquely luscious and sensitive medium, which can be used to create expressive and complex images. This course is for oil painters with some experience who want to develop their own individual painting projects, with expert tutor guidance.

Using techniques inspired by kantha quilting, recycle your old favourite fabrics. Blend old and new materials with simple running stitch to create several exploratory samples or a small resolved piece.

Explore and develop personal work in intaglio and relief printmaking. Techniques covered include drypoint, etching, linocut, collagraphy and photo etching. All levels of experience welcome.
