The course fee is £1599 payable at the time of your enrolment. If you are unable to pay the course fees, you can choose to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to help cover the course fee, repayable after the course ends. Develop creative expression and confidence in this classic art form. Explore manufactured/recycled materials and surface qualities by applying them directly onto a base. Please bring ideas/sketchbooks. Basic materials provided. All levels welcome.

Beginners 3 is the perfect continuation for those who have some metal jewellery making experience and would like to expand on their basic metal working skills by learning wax carving and casting. Wax carving lends itself very well to creating organic and fluid forms that can’t be made with sheet and wire. There will be set projects as well as the opportunity to experiment and develop your own designs.

Ever wanted to turn your hand to making your own jewellery? Or done it before and would like to hone your skills with a professional tutor? From beginners to experienced jewellers, come and practise making metal jewellery to your own designs, whether you're picking up the basics of cutting, forming and texturing, or taking your designs to the next level with complex approaches such as chain-making.

Explore and develop personal work in intaglio and relief printmaking. Techniques covered include drypoint, etching, linocut, collagraphy and photo etching. All levels of experience welcome.
