What is the course about?

Release physical tension and realign posture after a day sitting at the desk or computer.
Engage in a flowing standing mobility section to open and relax upper and lower body muscles and joints.
Follow on with Pilates toning exercises to help reset posture by strengthening the muscles of the upper back, shoulders, abdominal core and lower back.
Finally stimulate upright posture through a developmental stretch sequence to release tight hamstrings and hip flexors, combined with Pilates movements that spiral and roll the spine. At the end of the class the body feels opened, re-energised and re-set.
