What is the course about?

The course looks at themes associated with the middlegame.

This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
- Earphones/headphones/speakers.

What will we cover?

We will cover Attack and Defence, Planning, Pawn Structure, Weak Squares and Piece Co-ordination.

You will have a better understanding of middlegame motifs which will enhance your chess understanding and ability.

For inexperienced players who have a very basic understanding of chess.
