What is the course about?
Working from plants and flowers you will be introduced to the formal elements of drawing; exploring line, tone,

What will we cover?
We will cover mark making techniques and colour mixing in charcoal, pencil and both oil and soft pastels. Each week we cover a different formal element in drawing taking an artist as our inspiration. These images will be used as starting points for discussion and as inspiration for our own personal expressions of the subject matter.
