What is the course about?
Learn how to get started with Google analytics to generate and evaluate information about the visitors to your web site, including site traffic, visitor behaviour and marketing effectiveness.

• Explore the main features of Google analytics

• Familiarise the Google Analytics interface
• Identify several related Google tools
• Using Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
No prior knowledge of Google Analytics is required, but you should have general computing and internet skills. You should be able to follow spoken instructions, read written instructions and information, and discuss work with your tutor in English.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course consists of practical activities, discussions and demonstrations. One to one guidance and support will be given throughout.

Sal has previously taught for the CIM as well as lecturing at University of Plymouth and Cambridge University. He currently also teaches at University of Eastern Piedmont.
