Moving from reactive to kind responses
Time: 09:30 - 17:30
This course will be delivered online. See the ‘What is the course about?’ section in course details for more information.
Course Code: PG815
Duration: 1 session
What is the course about?
We have all been on the receiving end of kindness and know how uplifted we felt. Kindness can come at unexpected moments, even from a stranger, and its impact shifts our mental state. What happens when we make the decision to foster an attitude of kindness moving away from reactive responses that upset everyone including ourselves? Is kindness unlimited or does there need to be boundaries to kindness so that we are not taken advantage of by others?
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.
