opportunity to use small equipment to tone or release tension. This class weaves together movements from Pilates,
Fascial Fitness, functional movements, strength and balance from the OTAGO exercise program, Mindfulness and the Feldenkrais Method. The tutor may give some short presentations on relevant topics, and suggestions for home
practice will be provided.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

The best thing to wear is comfortable and loose clothing.
