What is the course about?

We will consider the concept of the shadow as defined by Jungian Psychology and you'll be invited to explore aspects of your own dark side from a personal and collective standpoint. We will work from the perspective that the more we can understand about ourselves the less we need to fear.

This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
- Earphones/headphones/speakers.
We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.

What will we cover?

In addition to the basic theories of Jung and other Depth Psychologists we will consider the importance of archetypes and the meaning of terms such as: extrovert, introverts and synchronicity.

You will be encouraged to interpret their work in relation to your own experience and learn through this as you share the experiences of others.

What will I achieve?
