What is the course about?
In this course you will learn the main principles of strategic planning and strategic decision making process for any kind of organisation. You will define the strategic environment and set a direction by creating and articulating organisation vision, mission, goals and business strategies. You will learn to prioritise initiatives and avoid common pitfalls. The course suits anyone who works or would like to work in business management.
This is a live online course. You will need:
