What is the course about?

In this course we will learn and practice training skills that can help us:
- be more confident
- speak up about things we think are important
- be part of groups that want to make a change
- use our skills to help get a job

We will invite people with learning disabilities who are using their training skills in their jobs to tell us about their work and give us some top tips.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

The course is for people with disabilities who are interested in speaking up for themselves and advocating for others.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Group discussion
