What is the course about?
This course is aimed at people who want to increase their knowledge and use of Twitter for business. You will expand your skills for using Twitter, including some features not taught in the beginner course. You’ll get opportunities to practice your Twitter skills during lessons.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera.
We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
This course is suitable for people with previous Twitter experience, it builds from the Twitter for Business Introduction course. You should be able to follow spoken instructions, read written instructions and information, and discuss work with your tutor in English. You must be comfortable with your own device.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course consists of demonstrations, practical activities and discussions. One to one guidance and support will be given throughout.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
There is no other costs. You will use your own device (laptop, smartphone, tablet) to use during class for social media posts. You should have access to your existing Twitter account(s) and understand how to post. This will help you to practice the course content during the course and gain valuable hands-on experience.
