What is the course about?
Project management is a science that organisations businesses and individuals use to ensure that when dealing with changes they are effectively managed. Practitioners go through a process of specification, management and control.
This course will provide you with step by step guide to help you set up, manage, execute and control your projects. We'll give tools and ideas to help you achieve your goals successful.

Learn the basic concepts of project management a project. These will enable you to have the skills to manage a small project.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
Good level of English to be able to follow instructions and have class discussions with the tutor and other learners.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course is a mixture of practical and theoretical. Learners will be working on a case study or working on their own projects. Work will be checked to ensure understanding is gained by the learner.
