Course Code: FJK16
Duration: 7 sessions (over 7 weeks)
What is the course about?
However we move through our lives our backs take the toll. Poor posture, repetitive and habitual movements create stresses and strains which over time will cause stiffness, restrictions and consequent back pain and ailments. Postures become further compromised and deteriorate and as the body gets tired, ill or upset the back takes the strain adding pain to the stress.
On this course you will learn postures and movements to create space in the spine and back, to relieve pain and increase mobility, all of which will help improve posture. You will also learn to relax the mind and body.
