Prince2 is a project management methodology that is used by organisations, businesses and individuals to ensure that a controlled management of projects is obtained from start to finish. This course will provide you with a basic understanding of the Prince2 themes, principles, processes and tailoring.
Participants who will attend the full course will receive a City Lit certificate of attendance electronically for their CV or CPD records. The certificate will show your name, course title and dates of the course you have attended.

He holds various project management qualifications including Prince 2, AMP and an MBA, and teaches APM project management fundamentals to exam level. He loves the vibrancy of teaching at City Lit, where the non accredited courses he teaches provide a unique practical overview of Prince 2. He finds Project Management really comes alive for students through the use of case studies and sharing real-life experiences.
