What is the course about?
Prince2 is a Project management methodology that is used organisations businesses and Individuals to ensure that a controlled management of projects is obtained from start to finish.
This course will provide you with a basic understanding of the Prince2 themes, Principles and processes and tailoring.

- The Principles (Foundations for Prince2)
- Themes (Business Case to Risk Management)
- Processes (Start up to closure)

Learn how the Themes, Principles, Processes and Tailoring of Prince2 work together to enable you to effectively manage a project.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
Good level of English to be able to follow instructions and have class discussion with the tutor and other learners.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
The course is a mixture of practical and theoretical. Learners will be working on a case study or working on their own projects. Work will be checked to ensure understanding is gained by the learner.
Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?
No other costs, just bring Pen and Paper.
When I've finished, what course can I do next?
Project management using Microsoft Project, grow in confidence with networking - for work or business, introduction to strategy.
