Learn Sanskrit — Online Courses

Sanskrit is one of the oldest languages in existence, dating back over 2,500 years. It is the classical language of ancient India and features in religious texts of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. It's part of the Indo-European language family, meaning that it has influenced several western languages including English. Some words of Sanskrit origin that appear in English conversation include avatar, cheetah and karma.

Our courses will give you an overview of Sanskrit grammar and develop your skills for translating ancient Sanskrit texts. From beginner to advanced level, you can further expand your knowledge with courses in Vedic chanting.
