Open to anyone interested in dance, with or without previous experience.

  2. Lecoq technique: an introduction

    Jacques Lecoq’s method focuses on physicality and movement. Lecoq himself believed in the importance of freedom and creativity, giving an actor the confidence to creatively express themselves, rather than being bogged down by stringent rules. Lecoq is about engaging the whole body, balancing the entire space and working as a collective with your fellow actors.

  3. Alexander technique for performers

    Discover the Alexander Technique as a tool to improve freedom of movement, breath and speech during performance. This online and interactive course will help you to release habitual tension and develop kinaesthetic awareness using AT embodied mindfulness. You will explore how to gain spontaneity, presence and physical expression of characters through movement.

    There’s so much more to Mime than the striped jumper, beret and box!

    The course will cover basic techniques in Mime towards developing and creating worlds alongside opening your body up to expressionistic styles. Through technique and improvisational based classes we will play and explore some of the most renowned exercises in Mime and build on them. Engaging your imagination and developing your awareness of your body as a tool for theatre craft.
