Connect to your physical body as we blend the technique of African dance with that of Contemporary dance. This class is more physically demanding than that of our beginner’s class with a greater focus on developing technique. The course is very much underpinned by Somatic practice and you will learn how to move in the lyrical steps and syncopated beats of a collective landscape of dance influences.
