Specialist Teacher Training Courses
We offer initial teacher training for teachers and aspiring teachers/trainers of adults, with part-time, flexible courses leading to national qualifications.
We also train and develop people who are already working, or who want to work in a range of organisations including adult education, community and further education, the voluntary sector, work-based learning and the public and private sector. This includes training in coaching and management.

Tutors: Laila ShariffThe NCFE Award in Education and Training is an initial teacher training course ideal for anyone who teaches adults - or has experience of teaching adults - in Further Education or Adult and Community Learning. We may also consider you if you do not have teaching experience, but are qualified in your subject and have worked in a related field. This course will me mainly online with two sessions at City Lit towards the end of the course.
Please note: this course will be mainly online, except for sessions 9, 11 and 12.
