Maths for Deaf people

Do you want to improve your maths? We offer a range of courses, taught in BSL, for adults living in the UK who want to improve their maths skills in handling numbers, measurements, time and more.

In order to join our deaf maths courses, you need to have an interview and initial assessment first.

  1. Everyday maths for Deaf people

    This course is designed to improve your ability to understand and work with numbers. It is a very practical course and the skills you learn can be applied to your every day life and work contexts. This course is the first part of a year long course and has no exams.

  2. Maths entry 3 for Deaf people

    Location on this date: KS - Keeley Street
    This course is suitable for those who have achieved Maths Entry 2 certificate and/or have been identified at the level Maths Entry 3 during the initial assessment. This course is the first part of a year long course that will help you gain confidence when using numbers and measures at a higher level. You will also work with fractions and decimals.
