Administration Skills Courses Online

Do you want to learn more about how to become a skilled administrator? These courses will help you develop these skills whether you are relatively new to the role or already experienced. You will learn through completing tasks typical of administration work and develop your problem-solving, decision-making, detail orientation and organisational skills.

Combine these courses with our Microsoft Office and 365 classes to gain a full skillset.

The courses are FREE to most learners if you earn less than £21, 157.50 a year or are on JSA or ESA (WRAG). They are either in the City Lit building or live online interactive classes.     Are you working as an administrator? Does your job involve a lot of administration work? Have you recently moved to online working? The days of paper files and folders are vanishing. This course will help you transition and learn about how you can convert your paper-based office into an online one without a physical folder in sight. You will work on how to change your mind-set, how to create an online data management system, how to take advantage of cloud-based applications to collaborate and co-edit files and how Outlook can be used as a planning tool alongside OneNote.
