Many of our yoga training courses take place at our London studios, based in Covent Garden. You can also choose from a range online yoga classes to train confortably from home. Our experienced and friendly tutors will help you discover breathing exercises designed for relaxation and to reduce stress & tension. If you are new to yoga, we hold a number of courses for beginners in a warm and welcoming environment that will introduce you to the discipline and the benefits that yoga has to offer.
