We offer yoga classes at all levels, allowing you to improve your core strength, posture & flexibility.

Many of our courses take place online or at our studios, based in Covent Garden. Our experienced and friendly tutors will help you discover breathing exercises designed for relaxation and to reduce stress & tension. If you are new to yoga, we hold a number of courses for beginners in a warm and welcoming environment that will introduce you to the discipline and the benefits that yoga has to offer. For those with a number of years’ experience, why not consider studying your yoga teacher training?
