What is the course about?

General fitness class using boxing and kicking techniques as a way to workout.

What will we cover?

The fundamentals of boxing in a safe and fun environment.By the end of the course you should be able to mprove overall health and fitness that is suitable for your ability. Learn a number of routines and exercises to
improve movement, balance, strength and flexibility.

What will I achieve?
By the end of this course you should be able to...

Punch and kick with good form, improve overall health and fitness, cardio and possibly lose weight.
Learn a number of routines and exercises to improve movement, balance, strength and flexibility.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

No previous knowledge or experience is required. All levels and ages are welcome. Suitable for beginners, active adults and those who enjoy a good workout.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

You will have a tutor led session with demonstrations, group work and partner work.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Clothing suitable for exercising. Trainers are recommended. Water to hydrate.
